Troubleshooting
In case you forget your User Id and password details, you
can send an email to support@tickerlantindia.com mentioning
your contact details. We will get back to you once we receive a mail from your side.
Invalid Username/Password Error :
Most likely cause is the incorrect insertion of information.
Try to login again using valid user id and password details. If you are still unable
to login, you may send a mail to support@tickerplantindia.com
Session Has Timed Out Error :
If you are already logged in and the Session timed out error
pops up, it means that your mobile’s connection to our server has dropped. You can
try to log in again.
If you get this error while loggin in you will have to adjust your browser settings.
For the program to run smoothly, three things need to be done—First you must configure
your browser settings. Second, you need to turn on javascript and third, ensure
that all pages come from our servers and not from your computers cache.
Note: User IDs and Passwords are case sensitive,
and spaces are not allowed.
